Welcome to Des Moines Dental Center! Your first visit will consist of an oral examination, diagnostic x-rays, periodontal evaluation and a comprehensive dental exam. In most cases a thorough teeth cleaning will also be performed. Your treatment plan will be discussed and financial arrangements can be made at that time. If you have current x-rays at another dental office, please let us know so we can have your records transferred to our office. New patients will be asked to fill out a registration form, a health history form, and sign a form that explains our policies. In order to be as efficient as possible, new patients with internet access are encouraged to print and fill out the forms before your first visit.
