Periodontal Disease

Gum disease is one of the more insidious problems of the mouth. It starts as just a reddening of the gums with maybe a bit of blood on your toothbrush. The natural thing is not to irritate the area and not floss or brush well. Unfortunately that is the worst thing to do. Eventually teeth start to feel loose and an abscess may develop. By then it may be too late. There is also a strong connection between gum disease with heart disease and strokes. Watch the short video's below for more information and treatment.
